Marci Titus Hall, CSCS USA Cycling Expert Coach Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist
Marci, born and raised in Ashland, Oregon, earned a B.S. in Exercise and Sports Science from Oregon State University. She has finished, all but thesis, with her M.S. in Exercise Physiology from the University of Wisconsin – Madison where she was a graduate assistant specializing in muscle physiology and cellular adaptation. While in Madison, Marci bought her first mountain bike (MTB) and started racing.
Within her first year of competition she earned a Collegiate cycling medal. She continued to race at the national level in cross country mountain biking and later, road racing. Marci began working for Carmichael Training Systems during the summer of 2003. She is a CTS Senior coach, USA Cycling Expert coach, a certified strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and has over 10 years experience in the fitness industry.
Employing all aspects of fitness while training her athletes, Marci contributes to their competitive success as well as their overall health and happiness. Marci brings her passion for competitive cycling and exercise physiology to her coaching. She now lives in Groton, Massachusetts and has begun cyclocross and singlespeed MTB racing.
