Team Racing for the 09 Root 66 Season!!!!
 

*Each team may consist of no more than 15 registered riders at any one time.
*Teams must present a finalized roster to craig@autoaircolors.com before the 3rd race of the 09 season.
*Teams will have an opportunity to change rosters midway through the season..after Putney/West Hill.
*Team points can only be earned in XC compititions.....not short tracks or marathon racing.
*There will be two team competition catagories: Fastest Team  and  Team Participation.

King of the Mountains Championship
2009 brings the KING OF THE MOUNTAIN 3 race championship. Racers will compete at the Apple Blaster, Coyote Hill Classic and Mt. Snow events to see who is the K.O.M. Racers must compete in all 3 hill climbs, points to be awarded to top 10 in the posted categories (see series categories) and the racer with the highest points total at the Mt. Snow final (in each category)will be awarded the K.O.M. polka dot jersey.

Root 66 Summer Cyclocross Series  ** NEW in 2009**
We've added something new to the series!!  That's right...cyclocross racing in the summer!! Root 66 plans to offer a "mini series" of cyclocross  with venues and dates to be announced!!
